    (We are doing this WOD today as a celebration and send off of our Doom Room Endurance coach Kelly Emmert's qualifying [and soon running] the Boston Marathon.  This is one of her favorite workouts and is a great send off for her as she leaves Saturday morning to run the race.  GOOD LUCK KELLY!)
